Šumavská 13 is the project that started it all. It opened the doors to the world of development for our original architectural studio.

The project was highly successful, with all the shell-and-core apartments finding new owners within four months. We completed several of them as the general contractor, including custom interiors. For several years, Šumavská became home to Delicode, and we truly felt great here.
