The vacant lot at the corner of Nuselská and Mendíků has stood without meaningful use for years. It’s a bleak sight, serving only as a parking area, waiting for change.

In our new study, we are developing a plan to transform this emptiness into a modern building. We aim to unlock the decades of untapped potential of this site, creating a space that integrates seamlessly with the surrounding neighborhood. The project includes the construction of small apartments and a partially underground parking facility, with an interesting non-residential space on the ground floor.
