A rehabilitation clinic built around a chimney? In Holešovice, it’s entirely possible. This chimney once billowed smoke that contributed to the production of Prague ham. In honor of the site’s rich history, we chose not only to preserve the chimney but to make it the centerpiece of the project.

The clinic features large-format windows that provide stunning views of the brick chimney, forming a significant part of the facade. The sports rehabilitation clinic will offer clients uniquely designed fitness areas, six treatment rooms equipped with top-notch physiotherapy care, a zen yoga studio, wellness facilities, and a lush green rooftop space for relaxation.
