Oldřichova 15 embodies a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality. We set out to challenge conventional norms with bold design, meticulously planned layouts, and efficient use of every square meter.

The common areas draw inspiration from Parisian boutique hotels, featuring textured plaster, large-format mirrors, designer chandeliers, preserved vaults, and a replica of the original checkerboard flooring. This is what defines Oldřichova 15.
