Part of our work typically involves the journey of buying, renovating, and selling properties. It’s a beautiful process, but it can also be a bit bittersweet at the end of each completed and sold project. That’s why we sought a building that we would choose not to sell, allowing us to pass on the time and energy invested in the project to future generations.

The established polyclinic at Revoluční 19 was the perfect candidate for this purpose. We believe that Revoluční Street will experience a renaissance in the coming years, transforming into a modern boulevard that will proudly connect to Na Příkopě and become part of the tourist route known as the “City Wall Circuit.” The building will undergo a sensitive renovation and modernization of its common areas in the coming years, enhancing the comfort for both patients and healthcare providers.
