Small Apartments, Shared Garden, Café-Study Space

Recently, we added a building with two faces to our portfolio. While the exterior appears quite worn, the interior is remarkably preserved. Although the facade is crumbling, the history of the common areas remains intact.

We are preparing a project featuring small apartments, a shared garden, and a small café that will also serve as a study space directly within the building. Given its location opposite the University of Economics, this is an ideal setup.
