The building in Vinohrady inspired us so much that we decided to establish Delicode’s offices here. From the very first visit, the potential of the space was evident, and we wanted to continue the story of the building.

In the renovation, we focused on simplicity and the expressiveness of details. We removed the original partitions while preserving other essential elements of the building. We allowed pleasant light from the street and courtyard to illuminate the studio, and the property includes a garden that gently surrounds the house, maintaining its central position.

The space is functionally divided into a street-facing section with offices, a representative area with a meeting room, and a kitchen with a basement featuring a separate office. Delicode is another project where we highlight the qualities of the space, enhancing it without disrupting the original concept. The high ceilings, arches, and slender window silhouettes are integral to the house, adding to its grandeur.
