36 Parking Spaces, 12 Apartments - Two Penthouses, One Loft

We wanted to design one building completely differently, inspired by the things we love. Timeless architecture, stunning views, terraces, and balconies. A reception area, communal spaces filled with plants, complemented by contemporary art, and garages as an integral part of the home.

The term “garage” is somewhat misleading in this project. The spaces in the underground parking facility will resemble a living area, with four parking spots available for each apartment.

And to add a unique touch, the walls will feature the body of a vintage Porsche.
