A rehabilitation clinic built around a chimney? In Holešovice, nothing is impossible. The chimney we preserved once billowed smoke that contributed to the production of Prague ham. Honoring the site’s famous history, we not only retained the chimney but made it the focal point of the project.

Views of the brick chimney can be enjoyed through large-format windows that make up a significant part of the facade. The sports rehabilitation clinic will offer clients an unusually designed fitness area, six offices with top-notch physiotherapy services, a zen room for yoga, wellness facilities, and, last but not least, a rooftop space filled with greenery and plants.
