We are thrilled by the reactions and interest in this project. In its execution, we focused on quality, subtle extravagance, and timelessness. As a result, all apartments were sold even before the project was completed.

It’s clear that the area around Vyšehrad is becoming an increasingly popular location. In the coming months, we will build on the success of this Nusle project with a new adventure.

The apartment building, featuring an Art Nouveau facade, is located on Jaromírová Street and primarily offers 2+kk apartments. Half of them come with balconies and terraces.
