DELICODE HEADQUARTERS

Office Interior Design
Year of completion: 2020

The Vinohrady building inspired us so much that we chose it as the new home for Delicode’s offices.

We removed the original partitions while preserving essential architectural features. The property is surrounded by a garden that gently envelops the house, maintaining its central position.

The space is functionally divided into an office section facing the street, a representative area with a meeting room, and a kitchen connected to a basement with an independent office. High ceilings, arches, and slender window silhouettes enhance the building’s grandeur.

Against the clean white walls, the large-format flooring in grey concrete stands out. Oak veneer brings warmth to the furniture, complemented by custom-designed tables and chairs. The green laminate kitchen with metallic accents enlivens the space without being intrusive.

As is our custom, the design incorporates simple volumes and elements. A veneered box serves a dual purpose as a wardrobe and workspace, while a grey and black box with expanded metal functions as both storage and a desk front. A glass wall and a library with a sliding panel effectively separate the kitchen from the meeting room.
