Renovation and Reconstruction of an Apartment Building

In the heart of Holešovice, we created a harmonious symbiosis between the past and the present, revitalizing the industrial heritage of this building from the last century.

The inspiration for our design was largely drawn from the brick chimney that remains in the courtyard, even after the necessary demolition of the former Prague ham factory. This chimney serves as a reminder of Holešovice’s illustrious era.

The unique project OSADNÍ 33 captures the atmosphere and character of its surroundings. The reconstruction of the building, particularly the common areas, adds a new dimension to living that organically integrates into the urban environment.
