In 2022, we purchased a brownfield site, a former manufacturing plant for a pickle canning factory established according to construction plans from April 1935, located within one of the largest urban blocks in Lower Holešovice, bordered by the streets Argentinská, Dělnická, Osadní, and U Průhonu.

In 2024, we obtained a building permit for a residential complex consisting of three structures. The seven-story residential building is oriented towards the street front along Dělnická Street. Immediately adjacent to it is a reconstructed historical hall, whose characteristic features we aim to preserve and adapt for contemporary use. The rear five-story building is separated from the street development by an internal courtyard, which creates a tranquil zone with greenery.
