The project at Jaromírova 4 was not only a commitment to our beloved neighborhood but also to the new apartment owners, most of whom are our friends. The goal was to build on the dynamic development of Nusle and contribute to its flourishing, particularly in the area from Nuselský Brewery along the Botič River to Albertov.

Since we want to feel at home here, we got involved in creating the Neosly café and opened the first showroom of the Czech bedding brand Lejaan, which has now become an integral part of this elegant building. It is already clear that the quality renovation and smartly utilized commercial spaces have brought new life to the street.
