Renovation of a Historic Apartment

The space presented us with several challenges. The original layout was unnecessarily complex, the walls were worn, the fireplaces long extinguished, and there were numerous unprofessional alterations and superfluous remodels over the years.

We responded with a clear concept: to preserve, restore, or repair the original historical elements and return the apartment to its original genius loci. We accomplished our mission, and to celebrate the successful completion, we ignited a fire in the charming fireplaces we had brought back to life.
