SIMPLE DNA

Let’s start with the concrete floor, designed to evoke the feel of an old factory hall. Built-in cabinets in the living area, combining dark veneer and matte white lacquer, add a sense of seriousness.
The television is cleverly concealed in a niche behind two sliding panels, creating the appearance of a library. In the kitchen, appliances are hidden thanks to specially designed fittings.
Several key materials were used in this project. The worktop and floating fireplace are made of black roasted granite, while the kitchen island features stainless steel. The bathroom is dominated by Italian Statutario Venato marble, a timeless element that unifies the space. A masterfully crafted sink designed by us is a standout feature, complemented by a playful shower area where both the depth and dimensions of the slabs vary, along with the direction of the Statutaria pattern.
At first glance, the apartment captivates with its simplicity, and the bedroom enhances this impression. On either side of the levitating bed, pull-out nightstands are installed, while a multifunctional headboard incorporates a makeup table, a bookshelf, and several tip-on drawers.
